Haptic response system for iPhone?

According to Palluxo, Apple is in talks with Immersion Corporation to create a haptic response system for the iPhone.

Their Apple source told that both companies are in talks about licensing and implementation issues of iPhone haptics.

Immersion Corporation previously did haptic response system for Nokia and Samsung. Haptic response is a system, which simulates physical response upon the touch of the button. The lack of such system was one of the drawbacks of typing with Phone, and many a person complained about that.

One thing is clear though, this will not hit the market for quite some time, and if you had a struggle with iPhone, it won’t change with the 3G version.
