Mobile news network by Associated Press: latest local and international news on your iPhone
Associated Press has launched news web portal for the iPhone called “Mobile news network“.
Associated press, together with over 100 other news publications, will offer latest news stories on your device.
The app, build on Verve wireless technology will allow you to browse through most recent news or by categories like world news, entertainment and business news or just check picture and video galleries. You can also get local news based on your ZIP code.
Of course, you can use Google or Yahoo news services, but according to Jeffrey Litvack, global product development director for AP, Mobile News Network would offer easier access to local news stories.
