Napster has announced the availability of a full track download service, which will work with iPhone and other mobile devices.
The $0.99 price tag per song is set to compete with iTunes. Once you buy the song it will be automatically synced with iTunes library, from which it can be easily transferred to iPhone or iPod.
Napster library features over 6 million songs from all the major labels, DRM-free. Unfortunately it is only available in US.
