Google Android coming via T-Mobile HTC phone

And here we have it.

The New York Times reports Google’s Android mobile operating system (see Wednesday’s cube post) could be coming as soon as October on T-Mobile’s network.

Reportedly, Android will be running on an HTC phone that is being called the “Dream” in the gadget blogosphere.

And, of course, it’s on YouTube (can anyone shed light on why this guy is breathing like Darth Vader?!):

So the video isn’t the best. But as far as I could tell, no multi touch. Bummer. Despite the fact that I lurve my iPhone 3G, I’d to see someone really give Apple a run for their money.
