Washington (dbTechno) - T-Mobile has made the announcement that they are set to expand their 3G network into more markets, as they prepare for the big launch of the first Google Android phone, the HTC Dream.
The HTC Dream is going to be announced next Tuesday, and will be the first smartphone to run on the Google Android software platform.
T-Mobile is set to have 21 3G markets ready to roll by the time the new Google Android phone hits in the middle of October.
T-Mobile is believed to be getting ready to launch the first Google Android phone on October 17th.
This is believed to be the street date of rthe HTC Dream, as T-Mobile continues to add 3G access.
T-Mobile is going to be adding 3G to Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Orlando, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Seattle by next month.
In 2008 and 2009 they plan to add more in regards to cities supporting their 3G network.
