Apple has posted an updated version of its Non Disclosure Agreement for iPhone developers.
Actually, there’s two NDA’s out there, and only one of them was posted for everyone to see (here), while the other one is available only to registered developers.
According to Macrumours, the main change in this revision of the NDA is:

You agree that any Apple pre-release software (including related documentation and materials) and any information disclosed by Apple to you in connection with Apple Events or Paid Content (defined below) will be considered and referred to as “Apple Confidential Information”.
Additionally, Apple appears to have seeded iPhone firmware v2.2 beta 2 to registered developers and it should be available soon.
iPhone firmware v2.2 beta 1 that is already available has brought such improvements as Google Maps Street View (already available in newly released T-Mobile G1 based on Google’s Android OS) and Japanese Emoji emoticons. Do you know what changes are coming with firmware v2.2 beta 2? Drop us a line!
