Meizu M8 iClone Released

Posted in iPhone News by admin. Published November 30th, 2008

From the packaging in the way that the phone sits in the box to the white accessories, the phone does bear a striking resemblance to a certain more mainstream phone by a fruit company in Cupertino. Preliminary reports have indicated that the phone uses a customized interface on top of the Windows CE operating system; Windows CE is the same platform that Windows Mobile is built upon.

You can visit iTechNews for pictures and a video of the phone unboxing.

The M8 lacks 3G, GPS, but instead adds in WiFi and a 3-megapixel camera (Apple’s iPhone has a 2-megapixel shooter). December 8 should see more widescale availability according to Electronista.
