Keyboard Maestro 3.5 Adds iPhone Support

Stairways Software announced the immediate availability of Keyboard Maestro 3.5 on Tuesday. The update for the keyboard macro application added the ability to remotely control your Mac with an iPhone or iPod touch.

Version 3.5 added new Macro Palette and Preferences windows along with actions for changing the rating for the current iTunes track, and setting the volume in iTunes. It also improved FireFox support, and fixed several bugs.

Keyboard Maestro 3.5 is priced at US$36 and is available for download at the Keyboard Maestro Web site. The update is free for version 3 users.

Keyboard Maestro Control for the iPhone and iPod touch is free and available at Apple’s iTunes-based App Store.
