Apple patents released last week hint at the possibility of video recording and video conferencing capabilities being added to future releases of Apple’s iPhone. Alexander Wolfe of InformationWeek noticed that the patent documentation mentioned a device that supports “a digital video camera application,” along with support for “video conferencing.”
While this small mention does not confirm that Apple will add the technology to its line of phones, it does speak to the possibility, now that video recording elements are included in the company’s patent.
