If you’re a frequent user of Twitter, you must check out the newly released GeoTweeter iPhone app. It allows you to attach your geographical location to tweets that can then be seen on a map by your followers. And best of all, it’s completely free.
GeoTweeter’s developer Donald McMillan wrote: “Very simply, GeoTweeter appends a ’schmap.me’ map link to tweets, showing the user’s current location, with an optional photo, notes and a configurable map icon. Previously saved places can also be retweeted - useful for recommending favorite restaurants etc. and inviting followers to tweetups.”

You can get GeoTweeter iPhone app for free from the AppStore. Mr McMillan added that schmap.me is looking for user feedback to improve the app.

Unlike other counting devices, it’s probably already in some players pockets.
