Apple Patent Application Uses Jailbroken iPhone Caps

Whoops! Apple lawyers filed a biometric security patent application this week and an Engadget reader noticed something strange in the screen caps: Installer.app and SMBPrefs.

Yup, that’s a jailbroken iPhone they used. Yes, I know it’s much ado about nothing but it’s still funny when your own counsel uses something that you’re vehemently against.
