Apple Stores Begin Selling iPhone Without Contract
Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) has begun selling the iPhone 3G without the AT&T (NYSE:T) contract. AT&T has also been offering the deal, but only for those with an existing contract with the provider.
The inventory clearance is more fuel to the rumor that the next generation of iPhones will be unveiled soon, most likely at the annual developers contract in June.
