You can now have your autocue right on your Apple iPhone. Autocue app for iPhone and iPod Touch is available out there! An autocue, a teleprompter is a display device that prompts a person speaking with an electronic visual text of a speech or script. It’s a great app for you, if you are an orator and rhetorician.

The Autocue app for iPhone and iPod Touch offers you simple and easy-to-use prompter. It scrolls speech text or notes to help you stay on track with your iPhone or iPod touch. It lets you write speeches using AutoCue’s built-in editor. You can create a text file of your speech and upload it to your iPhone using a Web browser, the Finder, or a Network Drive in Windows.

The Autocue app lets you adjust background, black or white, and size of text according to your choice. You can also adjust scrolling speed on the app, and you can even pause scrolling. The app shows scrolling text in either portrait or landscape mode.

Technically, AutoCue only supports text files, and it does not show up the files lacking a .txt file extension in its list of speeches. AutoCue is compatible with any iPhone and iPod Touch running the iPhone 2. x software udpate.
