Word has it that AT&T stores in the NY/NJ region will be getting their hands on refurbished 16GB iPhone 3Gs which will retail for a mere $149 - as long as you tie yourself down to the customary 2-year contract, of course. So far the screenshot looks legitimate, but you never know who might actually go through the pains of coming up with such a screen just to fool the rest of the world! Terms and conditions include activating a new line, so those who want to do so via the upgrade route are out of luck. Not only that, only one customer can purchase one iPhone 3G - no more, no less.
