James Beard Foundation Recognized Chef Marco Porceddu Launches iEats iPhone Application on iTunes

iEats is the new iPhone application available exclusively on iTunes for $5.99. iEats: Appetizers is the first in the series. Easy to make innovative recipes, extraordinary plating techniques and wine pairings by James Beard Foundation recognized Chef Marco Porceddu.

Well-known Las Vegas chef and TV personality Marco Porceddu has been the food and wine editor at KVVU-TV, Channel 5 for the past two years. When Steve Wynn opened Treasure Island, he hired Chef Marco as executive chef at Francesco Italian restaurant. Porceddu has consulted for over 7 years, opening a full service consulting firm.
