Apple responds to iPhone cracks
Apple says it may have the answer to problems customers in France and elsewhere were having with shattered iPhone screens.
“In all cases, the glass cracked due to an external force that was applied to the iPhone,” an Apple executive said in a Bloomberg News report.
“There are no confirmed battery overheating incidents for iPhone 3Gs and the number of reports we are investigating is in the single digits,” Apple said.
