Camera Genius is an app exclusively for the iPhone which is supposed to provide every single thing photographers claim the iPhone’s camera doesn’t have. It has been on sale for quite some time at $.99 and for the last month has been a mainstay in the top five downloaded apps on all of iTunes. This is impressive considering only iPhone users can download it and it is a paid app.  Camera Genius is a big bargain at $.99 and is a must download for all iPhone users who will ever take a picture.

Camera Genius does deliver most of the goods as it has a lot of working features. There is a very good zoom on the camera that works very easily and effectively. There is also an auto shake filter to help steady the camera which can really help picture taking. Other features include a timer and a sound sensor that will take the picture when an appropriate noise level is met.

All in all Camera Genius is a great app that unlike Flash For Free, delivers the goods on what it says. It has a bevy of features that are super easy to use. I recently replaced the original camera app on my front apps page with this app as it is so good. Although Camera Genius has no brightener or flash feature, Using appropriate lighting or a picture editor such as picnik.com will fix that. I highly recommend Camera Genius.
