Tweetie 2.1 for iPhone Adds New Retweet, Lists Support

Tweetie 2.1 for the iPhone and iPod touch hit the App Store Sunday evening with support for Twitter’s new retweet, lists and geolocation services.

Version 2.1 also added support for Twitter’s new spam reporting API, added the ability to disable the pinstripes view and browser rotation, fixed a bug where old posts would appear as unread when relaunching the app, added video support for Posterous, Mobypicture and Vid.ly, improved the user interface, and more.

Tweetie 2.1 is priced at US$2.99 and is available at Apple’s iTunes-based App Store. The update is free for version 2 users.
