iPhone music app FluxTunes is a free download for today only

Do you sometimes feel like the iPod controls on your iPhone or iPod Touch are awkward to control when you are driving? Want an easier way to manage your playlists?

Fluxtunes lets you control your music through simple gestures anywhere one the iPhone screen, such as sliding a finger up and down to adjust volume or moving it right or left to change tracks.

Fluxtunes really makes it quite simple to control your music, and because it interacts directly with the iPod features on your iPhone, it start up at the exact point in the last song you were listening to even if you were previously using the standard iPod program. You can even shut down Fluxtunes and it will continue playing music.

Fluxtunes allows for easily pausing a song, adjusting volume, skipping songs, changing to the next playlist and turning shuffle mode on or off. You can even pick out an individual song by swiping two fingers down, though picking out the exact song will require going through your song list.
