Now many people know what “jailbreak”, in terms of technology means. Jailbreaking a device means that you will be able to install third party software onto that device, in short – unlocking the software.

Up until now, there are only jailbreak techniques for the older bootroms of the IPod Touch, IPhone 3GS and the IPhone 3G, which means that the newer version of the IPhone 3GS, with the iOS 4 and the newer bootrom, is yet to be touched.
Fortunately there is a release of Snowbreeze, the newer iH8sn0w, that has successfully been able to pull of the jailbreak of the newer devices out there, even those with the newer bootroms.
Unfortunately, however, you will only be able to make use of this new hack if you already have the iOS 3.1.2 SHSHS blobs backed up.
If you are certain that you do you may want to go out and start looking for the detailed tutorial to start jailbreaking your new device today.
It is said that there will be a new version of the hack released that does not require the 3.1.2 blobs to be backed up.
