Yup, you heard it right, iH8sn0w has posted more than just videos of him demoing the new Jailbreak for the iPhone 3G[S] with new bootrom on iOS 4.0, he has released it for all of us to enjoy.

]There is on huge detail you need to know, well, two of them, 1. being the fact that this is a Tethered Jailbreak.

This means that whenever your iPhone reboots, you’ll need to be near a computer that you can plug it into to finish the booting process. 2. And this is an important one, you will need your 3.1.2 SHSH Blobs. If you accessed Cydia while on 3.1.2, then Cydia should have backed these up for you.

iH8sn0w has posted this tutorial on how to accomplish this Jailbreak. I would suggest reading it a couple times before attempting it as you’ll want to make sure you know exactly what you are doing. I would also recommend a seasoned JBing start to do this, as it isn’t as easy as the Spirit JB or the blackra1n have been in the past. This requires a bit more knowledge and work.
