Why Verizon iPhone rumors are not good for HTC EVO 4G, iPhone 4 and Droid?

Bloomberg reported this week that the nation’s largest carrier will start the New Year with iPhone 4 on its network. Yes, one of the most credible news sources provided details that Verizon iPhone 4 is coming in early 2011.

Verizon tries to keep its focus on Android as the wireless service provider is launching Motorola Droid X and Droid 2 in July and August respectively. The any details of Verizon iPhone will surely hit the sales of Droid series phones. Unlike earlier speculations, more people are convinced this time that Verizon iPhone 4 is coming soon. However Verizon spokesman recently said that wireless service provider will not carry in the immediate future.

Droid X and Droid 2 are not only two phones which will be affected by the reports about Verizon iPhone. HTC EVO 4G sales will be affected as well because it is common understanding that Verizon iPhone will most probably come with Sprint iPhone and T-Mobile iPhone.

Similarly Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile will not be the only carrier which is be affected by Verizon iPhone 4 rumors as the potential buyers of AT&T iPhone 4 may also change their mind for Verizon iPhone.
