Olson Applications today announces the release and immediate availability of 5 Minute Fat Loss 1.0, its new health and fitness application for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. This is the first iPhone application designed to help users lose weight and get into shape using 5 minute daily exercise routines.

5 Minute Fat Loss consists of over 200 simple exercise routines that can be completed in a home environment. A timer function means users exercise and rest for the correct length of time to ensure each workout is as short as possible.

With 29 different exercises ‘workout boredom’ is never an issue as every session feels different. An easy to use record keeping function keeps track of progress and creates targets to keep users motivated. It also allows users to see how much they have achieved using the application.

An integrated music function allows users to select tracks from their music library to play during each session. There are separate workout plans for men and women to help target key trouble spots. All exercises are easy to follow with clear animations and detailed descriptions.
