App Store now includes “Try before you Buy”
If you haven’t been poking around Apple’s App Store lately, you may not have noticed the new section: Try Before You Buy.” The App Store now has a section where you can download free demo versions of premium apps before you lay down the money for them.
This isn’t quite as good as Google’s 24 hour return policy on apps from the Android Market, but it’s definitely a step in the right direction to avoid app buyer’s remorse. Check it out under “Features” then “Free in the App Store.”
