Championship Manager 2011 App Lands on iPhone, iPad, And iPod Touch

Square Enix Europe subsidiary Beautiful Game Studios has announced that the latest edition of Championship Manager is now available in Apple iTunes App Store for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.

The Championship Manager 2011 comes with numerous tweaks, improvements – to break out of the rigidity of four-four-two and other cookie-cutter formations — and new features to deliver a more intuitive and strategic game. The iPhone app features thousands of additional players and dozens of teams that offer users a chance to experience a complete football management mastermind game.

In addition, Championship Manager 2011 introduces a handful, of other new and improved features including a first for the series; Achievements and the ability to publish these as well as your in game progress to Twitter and Facebook without ever having to leave the game.

Roy Meredith, General Manager of Championship Manager, said:

“With Championship Manager 2011, we’ve focused on delivering a game that takes full advantage of the platform’s functionality and usability. We’ve also been careful to listen to feedback from our fantastic community, for example this year we’ve added Custom Formations – now users can drag and drop their players into any formation they want as well as setting individual runs for players.”

Championship Manager 2011 is now available to download on the iTunes AppStore for £3.99 ($6.37).
