Researchers claim that Google Android surpassed the number of total US subscribers for Apple iPhone last year. According to them, Google Android phones experience augmenting sales throughout the last year due to which it managed to grow beyond Apple’s iPhone when compared their total active subscribers.
According to The Associated Press, research firm comScore published a report last week which clearly depicts the leading picture of Google Android Phones in 2010. The report stated that Android Google Phones were the second-largest mobile platform in November. It expanded its market shares so wisely that it surpassed Apple iPhone’s share of the market without Apple losing any.

Reportedly, Android sustained its swift growth by winning over a total of 26 percent of the U.S. market of smartphone subscribers after September. One level ahead of Android is BlackBerry maker RIM. Research in Motion acquires a total of 33.5 percent of the market. Apple iPhone comes after Android on the third level by holding 25 percent of the total domestic market.
