iPhones can be used to monitor health and now a new application on the phone can monitor your heart by taking an ECG.
The iCard ECG conveys ECG data to an application on the device.
Once the phone is placed against your chest, and the application is started, the app records ECG data and uploads it as a PDF to the AliveCor server so that physicians can review it.
