iPhone app defines rude words and phrases

British humor magazine Viz announced the release of an iPhone app offering definitions for more than 10,000 rude words and phrases.

The magazine said Roger’s Profanisaurus, named for the publication’s fictional TV host Roger Mellie, is available at the iTunes store for $2.38 and offers definitions for a multitude of profanities and rude sayings, The Sun reported Tuesday.

“Glasgow hankie n. Technique employed by professional footballers and gentlemen of the road, whereby one nostril is held closed whilst its companion is evacuated on to the pavement or turf by means of a sharp nasal exhalation,” one of the more family-friendly entries reads.
