Tulsa -A Tulsa woman is behind bars Monday morning for dragging a victim by the shirt, stealing an iPhone and trying to get out of her handcuffs, according to police.
The woman, later identified as 21-year-old Ranisha Page, was reportedly walking in the Promenade Mall parking garage around 8:20 a.m. when she opened a car door and grabbed a victim’s shirt and stole his phone.
Police said Page then got into a car and drove off — but was stopped a few minutes later. The victim identified her as the suspect and the stolen iPhone was found in Page’s car.
While she was being arrested, Page kept taking her hands out of the handcuffs and tried to get away from officers, according to the police report.
Page is charged with robbery by force & fear and resisting arrest. She is being held on just over $100,000 bond.
