There are new rumors for the iPhone 5 nano or mini. We’ve heard that Steve jobs will be doing the release announcement this coming April or June according to an Apple insider. There are also rumors of why Apple CEO Steve Jobs announced an indefinite leave and its not because of health concerns. He is rumored to be actively working on the development of Apple’s upcoming products such as iPad 2, iPad 3, iPhone 5 and iPhone Nano.
“Among products he is continuing to work on are the next version of the iPad tablet computer, expected out in the next couple of months, and a new iPhone, expected to be released this summer,” – WSJ said.
On Thursday, it was seen that a San Mateo County judge declined to consider a request by media organizations which were provided by the police after searching a Gizmodo editor’s home for information about the sale of iPhone prototype.
After the group request was rejected by Judge Stephen Hall, he transferred the case to the judge who granted the search warrant, last month. Next week he would be judging the arguments.
It was seen that on Thursday, the request filed by CNET, the Associated Press, Bloomberg, the Los Angeles Times, and other news organizations was opposed by the District Attorney’s Office.
The request was rejected because the documents had names of the two individuals of interest. On discussing with Stephen Wagstaffe, Chief Deputy District, an attorney for the media coalition said that the police did not want to alert those individuals.
It was told by the Prosecutors that the affidavit that was sealed was not a public record.
It was told by Wagstaffe that they wanted to conduct further investigation.
It was noticed that the iPhone saga started in March after Gray Powell who is 27 years old and is an Apple computer engineer left his 4G iPhone in a German beer garden in Redwood City, Calif.
