A new iPhone app has been described by Apple as the best ebook authouring tool ever created.
Everyone has a book in them – the problem is getting it published.
But now aspiring writers can turn their dusty manuscripts into online novels for free, thanks to an app released by Apple yesterday.

The iBooks Author app was described by Apple marketing boss Peter Schiller as ‘the most advanced, most powerful, yet most fun ebook authoring tool ever created’.
It allows users to drag a word file into the programme, which automatically lays it out with the appropriate chapters and headings.
Users can choose from a range of layouts and can also add photo albums and film footage.
